Hangi veriler işleniyor?
Bu dijital menü ad, telefon, e-posta gibi bilgiler istemez; üyelik, form veya çevrim içi sipariş yoktur. Menüyü görüntülediğinizde yalnızca şu veriler işlenir:
- IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, ziyaret zamanı (sitenin çalışması için tutulan sunucu kayıtları)
- Ziyaret istatistikleri: hangi menü bölümünün kaç kez açıldığı, cihaz türü, ülke/şehir. Bu istatistikler toplu tutulur, çerez kullanılmaz ve sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
Çerezler
Sitede çerez kullanılmaz. Tarayıcınızda yalnızca dil tercihiniz (TR/EN) ve açılış animasyonunun gösterilip gösterilmediği saklanır; bunlar cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
Amaç ve hukuki sebep
Veriler, menünün güvenli ve kesintisiz sunulması, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve hizmetin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla, KVKK m. 5/2-f uyarınca veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati hukuki sebebine dayanılarak otomatik yollarla işlenir.
Aktarım ve saklama
Site, barındırma ve istatistik hizmeti için Vercel Inc. (ABD), menü içeriğinin saklanması için Supabase (Frankfurt, AB) altyapısını kullanır. Bu nedenle yukarıdaki teknik veriler KVKK m. 9 çerçevesinde yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Veriler başka bir üçüncü kişiyle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz; sunucu kayıtları hizmet sağlayıcıların belirlediği kısa süreler boyunca tutulur.
Haklarınız
KVKK m. 11 uyarınca veri sorumlusuna başvurarak;
- kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bilgi talep etme,
- işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, KVKK m. 7 şartlarıyla silinmesini isteme,
- otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Personal data processed
This digital menu does not request any personal information such as your name, telephone number or e-mail address, and it does not use cookies. When you view the menu, only the following data is processed by automated means:
- technical data required for the operation of the website (IP address, browser and device information, time of visit);
- aggregated visit statistics that are collected without cookies and do not identify you personally.
Your language preference is stored solely on your own device.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed in order to provide the website securely and without interruption, to prevent misuse and to improve our service, on the legal basis of the legitimate interests of the data controller under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK.
Transfer and retention
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), and the menu content is stored on Supabase servers located in Frankfurt (European Union). Accordingly, the technical data described above may be processed abroad within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold or disclosed to any other third party, and server logs are retained only for the limited periods set by the service providers.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to request the correction or erasure of your data, to object to processing and to claim compensation for any damage arising from unlawful processing. Applications may be submitted in writing to the address above or by e-mail to info@iwaslounge.com, and will be answered free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest.
